Starting Dividend Portfolio

I currently have a small dividend portfolio and my plan is to grow this portfolio with enough passive income to cover my monthly expenses.  To prepare for this launch, I have exchanged a few growth stocks for dividend stocks before the new year. Unfortunately my portfolio is all over the place, with a mixture of growth stocks and value stocks, and across multiple brokerage accounts. Overtime I plan to consolidate all the growth stocks in one brokerage and value stocks in a separate brokerage account.
