My September expenses was a little bit higher than usual. I had an unexpected expense that cost upwards of $500 and I took a trip to San Diego.

I did well in terms of controlling my personal expenses in September but I had a couple of unexpected expenses. I took a trip to San Diego to visit my best friend and when I came back I found my refrigerator broken. On top of that I lost a full fridge of food. I went to Costco just before my trip and every time I go to Costco I always end up buying more than I need.

Not included in this table is an extra monthly payment of $300 to mortgage* principal and a $125 monthly expense for half of a rental property.

September Passive Income = $ 472

September Expenses = $ 3,147

Shortage = $ 2,675

My September passive income covers 15% of my monthly expenses.

Cheers,
