2016 April Expenses Review

CutSpending

My April expenses were extremely low compare to last month. Surprisingly, I stayed within budget in all the categories

Monthly Expenses By Category April
Fix Expenses
Mortgage* 829
HOA / Property Tax 925
Insurance (HO/Car) 150
Utility (Electricity, Phone, DSL) 106
Total Fix Expenses 2,010
Variable Expenses
Gasoline 87
Dining Out / Grocery 397
Clothing/Personal Care 47
Household 0
Entertainment/Leisure 28
Medical/Health 15
Misc 29
Total Variable Expenses 603
Total Monthly Expenses 2,613

I have been extremely busy at work in April so there was no time to go shopping or have any kind of fun. It was great for my budget, but it was both physically and emotionally unhealthy to be working all the time. I attended one birthday celebration, but it was not too pricey and it didn’t break my budget. Not included in this table is an extra monthly payment of $700 to mortgage* principal and a $250 monthly expense for half of the Las Vegas rental property.

April Passive Income = $ 851.50

April Expenses = $ 2,613

Shortage = $ 1,761.50

My April passive income covers about 33% of monthly expenses.

Cheers,

Lady Butterfly
